Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and now rooted in Warrington, Kristen brings hometown heart and Philly grit to everything she does. With a background in occupational therapy and many years in the service industry, she knows the value of a person's environment as well as the attention to detail needed to make someone feel right at home! 

As a Realtor, she combines local knowledge with genuine care, helping clients find not just a house, but a home that fits their individual lifestyle. As a recent and proud breast cancer survivor, Kristen approaches work, life and everything in between with a perspective centered on peace, love, and resilience. Most of her free time is spent with her brothers or many cousins, in her happy place, Sea Isle City, or having a mini concert in her car -making space for the little joys in life!
