We worked with Brittany (and her team) to sell our house and to buy a new house - at the same time! After finding Brittany through her Instagram account - definitely worth a follow for her knowledge of the Bucks, Mont, & Philly areas - I messaged her about a listing she posted, and within a day we were one of the first to see it. In the fastest turnaround of all time, Brittany counseled us through what it would take to list our house to be able to make an offer on this one, and her advice was flawless. Long story short, we ended up getting our dream house for an extremely fair price in very, VERY competitive market and we sold our house in three days for well over the list price. THREE DAYS. Brittany and her team are so knowledgeable, communicative, and fun to work with. I felt we were in great hands from day 1. Brittany was on the phone with sewer inspectors and lenders, helping us meet with contractors, answering texts and emails with urgency and kindness… all while taking the time to check in with us and make sure we understood the process / felt supported. You don’t get that blend of EQ and hustle very often. So glad we went with this team and we feel very grateful for all the work they put in!!! 10/10 recommend.
